We have many doctors who use the Dragon reco in our OMNIPRO medical record application, with the support of CĂ©line Lecomte (in copy).
In recent months, we have upgraded the TxText control word processing component from version 15 to version 27.
We notice a loss of compatibility and on some pc a non-functioning of Dragon.
With the TxText 15 version, Dragon works well. With the TxText 27 version, we see "Please repeat ..." but nothing appears.
But we cannot get stuck on old components.
Can you study this question and see if you don't have a solution?

Reply: According to what you said, some programs work well on some computers, but cannot be used normally on other computers. This shows a problem that after the software version is upgraded, other programs have compatibility problems. To find out which software has compatibility issues, you can try to do this:
1. List the software installed on the PC that has no problem in a table
2. List the software installed on the PC in question in another table
Compare these two tables; remove all the software installed on both PCs from the table, and the rest is the software that may conflict with Dragon.
Then disable these software one by one, or uninstall them, and you will know which software conflicts with Dragon.
