    I am trying to install a POS-80C printer and, in the printer driver setup utility version v7.17, the printer series are not showing up, yesterday I installed it correctly in a computer that had every single detail being the same as the one today, and now it is not showing in ANY computer... how can I fix this and intall the driver?
    Reply: Drivers cannot be used with all operating systems. Are the operating systems of your two computers the same? Please check your operating system version and how many bits it is. It may be caused by incompatibility between the driver and the operating system.

    In addition, please check whether other software is installed in the system, which occupies the printer port and causes the printer driver installation to fail.

    Reply: Normally, the driver in the attached CD can be installed, but two conditions need to be met:

    1. Your operating system is compatible with the drivers in the CD.
    2. The printer has been connected to the computer.

    So please check your operating system and printer.
