I went to your website and downloaded the appropriate file based on the instructions you provided there, but when I tried to find the proper folder to place it in I couldn't find a matching folder in the root you specified (see attached photo). Moreover, I didn't know where to put it since all of the folders that start with igdlh64 contain an Intel Open Cl 63 and 32 version (?).
I have updated BIOS, OS, Graphic drivers.... everything... (and re-installed the software many times).... Nothing seems to work

Thank you !
Reply: This is a problem with OpenCL, and you can try this:
1. Copy the file to c:\windows\system32\ or the installation directory
2. Open the registry and run Regedit.
3. Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenCL\Vendors
4. Find C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\igdlh64.inf_amd64_250db833a1cd577e\IntelOpenCL64.dll (the value may also change, and each machine is different; anyway, the file IntelOpenCL64.dll will be fine.)
5. Right click to modify the value data to: 11111111, and then you can run it.
