Generally, if this file appears in C:\WINDOWS\system32\, then it is mostly a virus.

Virus operation process:
1. The virus copies itself to the system directory and named it "iexplore.exe"
2. Add a startup key to the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "mssysint"= iexplore.exe
3. After the virus in the system runs, some dll files are released, and system messages are intercepted through the "AddHook" and "DelHook" provided by the dynamic link library to intercept various input from the user. Various passwords of users are obtained from it.
