Reply: If you can confirm that the computer's buttons and mouse are not broken, then it is the driver or the system problem.
1. There may be a driver problem. You can go to the official website to download and install the latest driver.
2. There may be a problem with hotkey conflicts. You may think about it, did you install any software recently? If yes, check if the newly installed software has a hotkey that uses 15Key. If so, change it to another button so that it doesn't conflict.
3. It is possible that the computer motherboard is broken. This is very likely, because in my experience, there is no software or virus at present which will cause the mouse not to work. As your current mouse can't work, I think it is due to the problem that one of the lines on the computer motherboard was broken.
1. There may be a driver problem. You can go to the official website to download and install the latest driver.
2. There may be a problem with hotkey conflicts. You may think about it, did you install any software recently? If yes, check if the newly installed software has a hotkey that uses 15Key. If so, change it to another button so that it doesn't conflict.
3. It is possible that the computer motherboard is broken. This is very likely, because in my experience, there is no software or virus at present which will cause the mouse not to work.
